February 9, 2010 - Just got back to Lancaster, in time for the snowstorm(s) of the century. Cool stuff! Literally. Working on some recordings - stay tuned for updates. January 12, 2010 - I'm in Dallas, TX studying Language Survey at the Graduate Institute of Applied Linguistics. I'll try to keep you updated on things at my blog. =) Happy New year! Christmas is just around the corner - I'll keep you posted on a couple free downloads for the holidays that we have in the works... still working on sacred songs for the new year. October 13, 2009 - '4 on Tour' has completed our 9-day, 9-show tour - thanks to everyone who came out to shows! We had a great time playing together, traveling, seeing friends and making new ones. I'm back in Lancaster and will be focusing on recording projects for the next couple months, with possibly a few shows snuck in around the local area. October 4, 2009 - I'm with '4 on Tour'! September 28, 2009 - I'm in Lancaster for a bit, after touring for the past month. Thanks so much to all the people that welcomed me to their homes and towns - the USA is a big place with lots of beauty and interest, and I was really glad to be able to experience it for the last two months. January 14, 2009 - January's almost half gone - I'm sure before we know it Christmas will be here again, but there's still a lot to get through before then. My CD-release is just around the corner, and I'm really excited! I got together with Mike Bitts and Hunter Johnson to run through some of the songs last night, and I know the release is going to be a great evening. January 1, 2009 - Happy New Year! Thanks to everyone for your support of the Christmas album! We really enjoyed ourselves and we hope you did too. I've just gotten around to replacing the Christmas tunes on the player with songs from my first full-length album, which is set to release on February 7th - check out the show information, and come out if you can - it would be great to see you! December 16, 2008 - Christmas is just around the corner! We're entering the home stretch, but make sure to pick up your copy of Love>>>Begotten for the holidays! November 11, 2008 - We just finished our second Christmas album! Entitled 'Love - Begotten', the album is now off to the printer's and we will have physical copies available by Thanksgiving. I will try to update this page with some of the tunes in the next couple days. September 30, 2008 - My brother reminded me that I need to update my website, so here goes... Life has been rather crazy. In between playing at Purple Door Music Festival and helping Katie Becker finish up her EP (called Firstborn and sounding pretty dang good, I have to say), I've been finishing up my own album and working on a Christmas album for this year with Matthew Monticchio and David Green. We're in the mixing phase now, and the tunes sound REALLY good! If you want a great reverent addition to your Christmas music collection, make sure to check it out this coming season, and also check out last year's project, entitled 'Word>>>Flesh'. Also, booking new shows, packing textbooks, helping at church and trying to eat well have kept me running off my feet. I wish I was better at multi-tasking. July 20, 2008 - I'm safely back in Lancaster after a wonderful 3 months in Norway, working on finishing my album and reconnecting with people in the area. Come out to Purple Door Music and Arts Festival on August 15-16th if you can - I will be playing on the sidestage Saturday morning at 10:30am! May 1, 2008 - I'm now in Norway! April 14, 2008 - Well, I'm sitting here in Newark airport, about to board the flight to London and then on to Norway. What will the next three months bring? We shall see... The show with Greg Gilbertson was great - we had a fun time, and he's a phenomenal player. We can only hope for more collaboration in the future with Greg and other musicians of his caliber. February 13, 2008 - Have you heard my new jazz tune? I recorded it live with a jazz trio, and it's sounding great! If you'd like a rough MP3 version, just send me an email (ringrecords AT gmail DOT com) and I'll email you the mp3. The album is progressing quite rapidly, and i'm looking forward to spring. May 21, 07 - Meet the Band article published in the York Daily Record's FlipSidePA! Check it out online. April 23, 07 - Thanks to everyone who was at the Dayspring show! It was a lot of fun, though a bit strange to be broadcast on the television screens... =) This is a new website, by the way (in case you hadn't noticed), and it's still under construction, but Caleb is doing a great job on it! Leave a comment and let me know what you think! April 12, 07 - Well, life has been crazy recently, but i just uploaded some video on YouTube from a concert March 31st. Take a look and share it with your friends, and don't forget to vote for me to play at Cornerstone! March 20, 07 - I just registered for Cornerstone Music Festival's 'New Bands Showcase'. In case you don't know, Cornerstone is quite possibly THE best christian music festivals in the US, with 300+ bands, great teaching and the incredible experience of living in close quarters with on-fire brothers and sisters. If you've never been there, you should plan on making it part of one of your summer experiences! Playing at this event is a great opportunity for me to learn more about what God wants to do with this music. But in order to play there, I need to be voted in. The EP post-production has been going well - we are totally psyched not only about the songs and their progress, but also about the incredible design that David Altrogge is doing! This is going to be an awesome EP! We're hoping to make it available in two weeks. |
